Onsite Residential support $90/hr
Residential monthly maintenance - Includes a monthly scheduled visit and one hour of service, ensuring that your system is up to date and free of viruses, spyware, and other pests. Additional computers are billed at $40 each, including 1/2 hour of service. Additional time billed at $85/hr. $60/mo
Offsite Residential support* $50/hr
Offsite System Reload - Includes reload of Operating System using factory CDs/DVDs/Partition or customer provided OS media. Installation of a reasonable amount of software using customer provided media, all OS security updates, antivirus updates, installation of spyware and malware scanners, and other crucial software updates. Includes pick up, drop off, and reconnection of system. $200 with no data recovery
Offsite Data Recovery - Includes recovery of all user specified data (up to 10GB**) and other user data found in the recovery process, antivirus and spyware scan of all data. Data burned to CDs or DVDs or copied to customer's external drive and returned to customer. Includes pick up and drop off. $200 flat fee
System Reload with Data Recovery - Includes everything in the Offsite System Reload package and Offsite Data Recovery package. $250 flat fee
Onsite Business support - 1 technician $99/hr
Onsite Business support - Two technicians are sometimes necessary for testing equipment, troubleshooting, and moving equipment. Two technicians may be assigned by Rocky Bay Technology Solutions if a job requires it or it is beneficial in completing a project or emergency sooner. The customer may also put in a request for two technicians. This may include two techs at the same location or split between customer locations. Time wise and billing wise, projects are generally completed at less than half the time of one tech, saving the customer money on the overall hourly rate. Customers will not be charged the two technician rate if the secondary technician is in training. $135/hr
Offsite Business support* $50/hr
Onsite Non-profit business support *** $80/hr
*offsite support includes phone support, remote screen support, and equipment taken offsite to be repaired. there are limits to what can be done offsite and an onsite visit may be required.
**additional data may be recovered beyond 10GB at a negotiable rate
***non-profits must prove their non-profit status AND be approved by management. Otherwise they will be billed at the onsite business support rate.
